Welcome to the Resilient Youth Research Group website
Our clinical/developmental research assesses youth strengths and positive outcomes along with mood psychopathology, bridging psychopathology, developmental psychology and positive psychology paradigms. Through our various research projects and initiatives, we aim to make a significant contribution to promoting positive mental health for all youth.
The Resilient Youth Research Group is happy to announce the launch of the Strengths to Grow: Primary (K - Grade 3) and Preteen (Grades 3 - 8) parenting programs in Ontario's UGDSB schoolboard. These evidence-based programs aim to promote child, parent, and family well-being and life satisfaction. For more information, visit our research page.
